We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cloud Administrator with expertise in Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, monitoring, and optimizing cloud infrastructure across both platforms, ensuring high availability, security, and performance of cloud-based services.
Technical Requirement
Administer and manage cloud resources in Azure including compute, storage, networking, and identity services.
Monitor cloud environments using native tools (Azure Monitor, AWS CloudWatch) and respond to alerts and incidents.
Implement and manage backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions across both platforms.
Automate cloud operations using scripting tools such as PowerShell, Azure CLI, AWS CLI, and Terraform.
Ensure security and compliance by managing IAM roles, policies, and access controls.
Collaborate with DevOps and application teams to support cloud-native and hybrid workloads.
Optimize cloud costs and resource utilization using cost management tools.
Maintain documentation for cloud architecture, configurations, and operational procedures.
Stay current with cloud service updates and best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
8+ years of experience in cloud administration with hands-on experience in Azure.
Strong understanding of cloud services such as VMs, VNets, Azure AD, Storage (Azure).
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, ARM templates, or CloudFormation.
Proficiency in scripting and automation (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
Familiarity with cloud security frameworks and compliance standards.
Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) and AWS Certified SysOps Administrator Associate are highly
