Workday Integration Consultant @ NCR Corporation

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Workday Integration Consultant to support the development, testing, deployment, and production support of Workday inbound and outbound integrations tailored to NCRs internal systems and external applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support Workday integrations (inbound and outbound) for various internal and external systems.
• Lead integration architecture and design efforts, ensuring scalable and efficient solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering knowledge sharing and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Workday integrations and reporting tools, including:
• Custom Reports, Calculated Fields, Core Connectors, Document Transformation, EIB, XSLT, XML Packaged Connectors, Advanced Studio, and SOAP Web Services.
• 5+ years of experience working with Workday functional modules such as: HCM, US Payroll, External Payroll, and Recruiting.
  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a creative and solution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
