Job Description

We are hiring Domestic Voice Process Executives for our Gurugram location. The role involves handling inbound and/or outbound calls, assisting customers with their queries, and providing excellent customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer calls professionally and efficiently.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Follow company guidelines and call handling processes.
Maintain records of customer interactions.

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: Graduation mandatory (any discipline).
Communication: Good Hindi and basic English communication skills.
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Availability: Must be able to join immediately.

Skills Required:

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Customer service orientation.
Ability to handle customer queries calmly and professionally.
