Senior Analyst Insurance Process

CTC: Up to 10 LPA
Shift: US Shift

Role Overview

• Act as the primary point of contact for the US onshore team
  
• Manage multiple client accounts and stakeholder relationships
  
• Handle end-to-end policy renewals and ensure timely completion
  
• Manage the complete insurance policy lifecycle (documentation, compliance & renewals)
  
• Provide benefits advisory support to clients and stakeholders
  
• Resolve queries efficiently and improve operational processes
  
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth workflow
  
• Ensure compliance with US Health Insurance regulations and guidelines
  

Eligibility Criteria

• 5+ years experience in International Voice Process
  
• Experience in Insurance / Banking / Healthcare processes
  
• Strong client and stakeholder management skills
  
• Stable career history preferred
  
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
  
• Willing to work in US Shifts
  

Investment Banking Fraud Investigation Specialist

CTC: Up to 6.5 LPA
Shift: US / Rotational Shift
Week Off: Fixed Saturday & Sunday

Role Responsibilities

• Investigate fraud alerts and suspicious transactions
  
• Analyze transaction patterns and identify potential risks
  
• Interact with customers via voice and email (Semi-Voice Process)
  
• Ensure compliance with banking policies and fraud prevention guidelines
  
• Maintain high accuracy and productivity standards
  

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 1 year experience in International Voice Process (Mandatory)
  
• Strong analytical and communication skills
  
• Experience in banking or fraud investigation processes preferred
  
• Immediate joiners preferred
