Job Description

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Manage and drive customer acquisition & retention across digital channels (social, search, affiliate, display, ad network, programmatic)
oDevelop and manage short and long term budgeting to achieve objectives
oRun A/B tests across campaigns/channels to identify key levers of growth
oDevelop audience targeting strategy, placement strategy, KPI strategies, messaging strategy, retargeting strategies, budgeting forecasting, and spend strategies
oOptimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes, including email, landing pages, content and social channels
oConvert site traffic through calls to action, landing pages and lead-generation content
oManage both on-page and off-page SEO
Ensure our websites convey brand and product stories, reflect best practices, provide users with an intuitive experience and actively move visitors through the appropriate funnels to drive conversion
oMaintain all brand websites, ensuring desired updates are implemented
oEnsure new brand and product stories are developed and implemented
oLead the strategic development of content that actively engages all personas and increases site visibility
oMonitor and optimize all aspects of the brand websites
Oversee the development, implementation and analysis of all paid campaigns
Manage budget and resources for all areas of responsibility for digital
Drive operational productivity by optimizing marketing resources and streamlining processes
Sustain a culture that nurtures innovation, problem-solving, collaboration and accountability

PREVIOUS RESOURCES SKILLS SETS AND TASKS HANDLED:
Led the digital marketing, communications, and advertising initiatives to halt a 2-year trend of decreasing web traffic, and grew the audience back up to a sustained 200% increase over the next year with a 500% increase in new leads through various channels
Created and introduced numerous new initiatives and services, including: a unique-in-the-market 16,000-option hand-illustrated ring designer tool; a jewelry rental program; the Mine-to-Shine program; introduced new in-store technology to augment the user experience
Architected and implemented our first data warehousing and analytics services, including bringing together all of our marketing analytics into one platform.
Developed ROI models and predictive analytics to increase the effectiveness of campaigns
Led the partnership between client and a B2B vendor to architect and develop an inventory and price monitoring tool to manage wholesale vendors
Designed and implemented the companys first knowledge base, digital asset management platform, rolled out shared internal tools (Dropbox, Slack), and assisted in the planning, architecting, testing and deployment of a new enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform
