Job Description:

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a leading International Banking Process. Candidates must have prior experience in International Voice support with excellent communication skills.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate (Mandatory)
  
• Minimum 1 year experience in International Voice Process
  
• Excellent verbal communication skills
  
• Willing to work in UK shifts
  
• Strong customer handling skills
  

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound calls for international banking customers
  
• Resolve customer queries related to banking products and services
  
• Address account-related inquiries, transactions, and service requests
  
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies
  
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
  
• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM systems
  
• Meet defined quality and performance metrics
