Job Description
Role & responsibilities
a) Generating potential clients through bancassurance model; Mfin Branches
b) Can also source business from Open market.
c) Deliver approved policies to new clients and explain benefits and risks of the policy
d) Handle renewing or amending of existing policies for clients.
e) Fill-out and submit applications, issue quotes, maintain client records and prepare reports.
f) Achievement of Business targets implementation of company policies.
g) Keep updated of industry and market trends and best practices.
Preferred candidate profile
1. Candidate can be Fresher to minimum 1 year of sales experience for Executives, 2-3 yrs for AM level and 4yrs for DM level in Bancaasurance or Insurance sector
2. Candidate must have excellent Marketing and Communication skills.
3. One should have good interpersonal skills and time management ability.
Candidate must be Graduate
