Job Description

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in outbound sales or telecalling
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Experience in lead conversion and client relationship management
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
Comfortable handling outbound calling and follow-ups
Experience in fintech, banking, or financial services is a plus
