Job Description
Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective partner enablement strategies to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training programs for partners.
- Conduct regular check-ins and progress updates with partners to ensure alignment with goals.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with partner enablement initiatives.
- Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of partner enablement efforts.
- Provide coaching and support to partners to enhance their skills and performance.
Job Requirements
- Strong understanding of partner enablement principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, project management, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Experience working with diverse stakeholders, including technical and non-technical teams.
- Strong knowledge of Meta's products and services, with the ability to stay up-to-date on new features and releases.
