- Facility Operations: Supervise daily office housekeeping, security, pantry services, and maintenance to ensure a clean and safe environment.
- Vendor Management: Manage, negotiate and coordinate with vendors for services (AMCs, facility repairs) and ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Office Administration: Handle day-to-day administration, including receptionist duties, handling correspondence, and maintaining office cleanliness.
- Procurement & Inventory: Procure and manage inventory of office stationery, equipment and pantry supplies.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with health, safety and fire regulations, including conducting safety drills and maintaining licenses.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of assets, vendor contracts, invoices
- Event Coordination: Assist with organizing office events, meetings, and conferences.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and facility management software.
Soft Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities, with high attention to detail.
