Role & responsibilities

Soft Skills, Voice & Accent, Behavioral Trainer:

• 3-7 years of experience in training delivery of Soft Skills/Grammar/Voice & Accent/Accent Neutralization/Transactional Ability to conduct training needs analysis and create initiatives accordingly.
• Ability to create learning plans & roadmaps, content and facilitate training sessions
• Interacting with Key Stakeholders to gather training requirements & feedback
• Intermediate to Expert knowledge in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Flexibility to work in training delivery and program management/execution
• Must be adaptable, open to feedback and learning
• Excellent Communication and Customer-facing Skills
• Behavioral / Soft Skills Certifications preferred
