Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Booking appointments and coordinating

with diagnostic centers and tele-doctors

via email and calls

Handling escalations and ensuring timely

resolution of issues

Managing operational workflows to

ensure smooth and efficient processes

Skills & Competencies:-

Strong English communication skills (both

verbal and written)

Ability to coordinate effectively and

manage multiple task

Shift:-

Rotational Shift including late evening

shifts up to 10 PM, and also night shifts
