We are looking for a passionate Finance Professional to join our Finance team at Manipal Hospitals!

Role: Financial Reporting and Consolidation

Location: Corporate Office, Old Airport Road, Bangalore

What Youll Do: 

  • Month end closure as per the finance calendar of multiple legal entities, in compliance with the Ind AS.
  • Preparation of financials to comply with quarterly audits and quarterly reviews.
  • Preparation of financial statements including consolidated financial statements according to Ind-AS.
  • Preparation/Reviewing of schedules as per the auditor's requirement.
  • Closing yearly and quarterly financials/reports and managing the audit with Big 4 auditors.
  • Liaising with teams and auditors on a regular basis and ensuring timely completion of audit.

What We Are Looking For: 

  • CA /CMA
  • 5+ years of Post Qualification Experience
  • In-depth knowledge and hands on experience in maintaining accounts under Ind AS and
  • Companies Act, 2013.
  • Strong MS Excel & PowerPoint Skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
