We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer with strong foundations in machine learning, Python-based frameworks, and practical experience building LLM or GenAI applications. The role involves developing ML models for segmentation, ranking, and NBA, implementing prompt pipelines, assisting in agent tool usage, and supporting model deployment on SageMaker. The engineer will work with Elasticsearch for retrieval and grounding, contribute to feature engineering, model evaluation, and help refine agent behaviors in real-world workflows. Ideal candidates have hands on exposure to TensorFlow/PyTorch, generative AI techniques, and a good understanding of cloud based AI deployment.
Technology Stack:
Cloud Infrastructure
Amazon Bedrock Hosts and orchestrates LLMs, agent workflows, tool-calling, and generative AI capabilities.
Amazon SageMaker Trains, fine tunes, deploys, and monitors ML models used by agentic systems.
AI & Analytics
Python ML Frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) Used to build, train, and experiment with predictive, ranking, and embedding models.
Generative AI Powers agent reasoning, content creation, scenario simulation, and autonomous task execution.
Data Science Pipelines (ML logic) Provides model training, scoring, feature engineering, and NBA/segmentation algorithms for agent decisions.
Data Layer
Elasticsearch Enables fast retrieval and context grounding (RAG) for agent responses using embeddings and indexed data.
Big Data Platforms (AI/ML portion only) Source of training data and features consumed by ML models.
