Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Manage major incidents from detection to resolution, ensuring minimal impact on business operations.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
Develop and maintain effective communication plans to keep stakeholders informed throughout the incident lifecycle.
Analyze incident data to identify trends and areas for improvement in incident management processes.

Job Requirements :

8-10 years of experience in IT services & consulting with expertise in incident management.
Strong understanding of major incident management principles, including escalation procedures and communication protocols.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex technical issues involving multiple stakeholders.
