Job Title: Inside Sales & Customer Support Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales & Customer Support Executive responsible for handling customer inquiries, generating sales opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

Inside Sales

  • Identify and generate new sales opportunities through calls, emails, and online channels.
  • Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into customers.
  • Explain products/services and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and product information.
  • Maintain regular communication with prospective and existing clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Update customer interactions in CRM systems.

Customer Support

  • Handle customer queries via phone, email, chat, or support portals.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
  • Provide product/service guidance and after-sales support.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • 1 to 6 years of experience in Inside Sales / Customer Support / Tele-sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving ability.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in B2B/B2C sales environment.
  • Knowledge of sales funnels and customer lifecycle.
  • Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
