Team Leader International Voice
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 5+ Years (International Voice)
Role Type: Full-Time | Work from Office

What Were Looking For:

Minimum 5+ years of International Voice experience
At least 1 year as Team Leader (On Papers Mandatory)
Graduate (Mandatory)
Managed 1015 agents in a voice environment
Strong understanding of AHT, CSAT, SLA, Shrinkage & Attrition
Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills

Your Key Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate & manage a team of voice agents
Drive team KPIs & ensure SLA compliance
Conduct performance reviews & coaching sessions
Handle escalations & client communications
Improve productivity, quality & team engagement
Analyze reports & implement performance improvement plans
