Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• 10+ years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem, with at least 5+ years in Salesforce Data Cloud/CDP architecture.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud including Journey Builder, Email Studio, and real-time campaigns.
• Experience working with first-party, second-party, and third-party data, with a strong grasp of identity resolution and anonymous to known customer stitching.
• Expertise in data modeling, segmentation strategies, and building data ingestion pipelines.
• Familiarity with tools like Snowflake, MuleSoft, ETL tools, or integration platforms is a plus.
• Strong understanding of data privacy regulations and how they impact marketing and data strategies.
• Good communication skills

Preferred Certifications:

• Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant (or equivalent)
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant Certification
• Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture Designer (preferred)
