Key Responsibilities:
Generate sales through direct customer interaction and company-generated leads.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable life insurance products.
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets assigned by the company.
Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and follow-ups.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance as per company guidelines.
Provide after-sales service and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate in any discipline.
1 to 5 years of experience in life insurance (Direct channel preferred).
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Target-driven and customer-focused approach.
