Job Description

Handling end-to-end recruitment cycle.

Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and references.

Screening resumes and conducting initial telephonic interviews.

Scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.

Maintaining candidate database and recruitment trackers.

Following up with shortlisted candidates for documentation and joining.

Assisting in on boarding formalities.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic understanding of recruitment process.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Good coordination and follow-up skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office.

MBA in HR (Mandatory).

01 year of experience in recruitment (Real Estate industry preferred).

Immediate joiners will be given preference.
