Role: Customer Support Executive International Voice / Sales
Experience: Minimum 6 months and above in International Voice Process or International Sales
Joining: Only Immediate Joiners
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 6 months of experience in International Voice or International Sales
Excellent communication skills in English
Comfortable working in Night/Rotational shifts
Flexible with split week offs as per business requirements
Strong customer handling and sales skills preferred
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound calls with international customers
Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries effectively
Identify customer needs and promote relevant products/services when required
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction
Meet individual and team sales and performance targets
Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions in the system
Follow company policies, quality standards, and process guidelines
