Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to engage with recruiters and promote Job Hais paid job posting subscription plans. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting qualified leads into paying clients, building strong business relationships, and consistently driving revenue growth.

This role is best suited for individuals who thrive in a target-driven environment and have a passion for B2B sales and client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with recruiters and hiring partners to promote Job Hais paid subscription plans.
  • Convert assigned leads into successful sales through consultative selling.
  • Identify client hiring needs and recommend suitable job posting solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly revenue and conversion targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Conduct follow-ups and nurture prospects through the sales cycle.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM.
  • Provide regular feedback on market trends, client requirements, and competition.
