As a Finance Process & Operations Processor, you will engage in a variety of tasks that support the finance function. Your typical day will involve providing metrics and reporting, coordinating financial analytics, and supporting reporting functions. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that financial data is accurate and actionable, contributing to the overall efficiency of financial operations. Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME.

Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Facilitate training sessions to enhance team capabilities and knowledge sharing.

Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:
Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.

Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and metrics.

Experience in developing and implementing reporting frameworks.

Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to diverse audiences.

Familiarity with financial software and tools to enhance reporting efficiency. Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
