About the Role:

We are seeking a highly analytical and process-driven leader to oversee key warehouse operations and supply chain performance. This role is pivotal in ensuring optimal staffing, driving cost efficiency, and spearheading continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Workforce Management: Coordinate hiring and firing activities based on demand fluctuations, ensuring optimal staffing levels at warehouses to meet operational requirements.
• Cost Optimization: Lead initiatives to drive cost savings by optimizing order handling processes, enhancing productivity, and improving manpower engagement.
• Process Optimization: Analyze existing operational workflows and identify opportunities for improvement, implementing strategies to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to execute programs aimed at streamlining operations and improving supply chain performance.
