Role & responsibilities

• Handling Tamilnadu Compliance.
• Labour licenses and contract labour licenses.
• Maintaining various registers
• ESI, PF updates- related all process
• PF All claims & transfers
• Statutory audits
• Statutory compliance training & inductions to store HRs.
• Handlings Contract vendors - Statutory following
• Filling periodical returns under various labour laws
• Employees registration under ESIC act
• Claims and benefits under ESIC and PF acts

Preferred candidate profile

Experience: Min 4 Years to 7 Years

Education: MSW HR / MBA HR / MHRM / Any Law Degree

Age: Up to 32 years
