Manager - Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable @ GTPL Hathway

Job Description

Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable Specialist with hands-on experience in invoicing, collections, vendor payments, reconciliations, and a strong foundation in accounting principles

• Detail-oriented professional with the ability to analyse and present large volumes of data in a clear and lucid manner.
• Hands-on experience with MS Excel or other analytical tools.
• Prior experience handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.
• Experience working with Oracle Financials or similar ERP systems will be an added advantage.
• Prepare, review, and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual Net Content Cost financials.
• Maintain accuracy of the general ledger through review of journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and procedures.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing schedules, reports, and documentation.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in financial processes, controls, and systems.
• Mentor, guide, and review the work of junior accounting staff.
• Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time.
