Job Description

Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the paint industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales targets, developing new customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction in their designated territory.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell a wide range of decorative and industrial paints to dealers, contractors, architects, and end-users.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key clients.
  • Conduct regular market visits to identify business opportunities and gather market intelligence.
  • Ensure timely order booking, payment collection, and inventory management at dealer/distributor points.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned.
  • Organise product demonstrations, on-site sampling, and training sessions for clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-up actions using CRM or sales reporting tools.
  • Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of the local market and dealer/distributor network.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented.
