Position Summary... What youll do... Job Summary:The Analyst -Video Specialist Claims Services is responsible for coordinating retrieval, quality review, and upload of incident and claim video evidence into the Walmart Evidence Repository (WER). The role ensures operational rigor, evidence readiness, SLA adherence, and compliance while supporting AI-assisted video review modernization efforts to improve claims decisioning and workflow effectiveness.
About the team:The Claims Center of Excellence (CoE) Video Operations team supports claims handling by ensuring timely, accurate, and audit-ready video evidence management. The team partners with Claims Operations, Product, and Technology to strengthen evidence workflows, reduce spoliation risk, and continuously improve video review capabilities including AI-assisted analysis.
What You ll Do:- Retrieve, quality review, label, and upload incident and claim video evidence into WER in line with SOPs and SLAs.
- Monitor for missing or incomplete evidence, initiate follow-ups, manage re-requests, and escalate gaps to reduce spoliation risk.
- Prepare case-ready video evidence with accurate claim association and ensure compliance with governance standards.
- Review AI-generated video analysis outputs and provide structured feedback to improve model reliability and usefulness.
- Track volume, aging, and exceptions; partner with cross-functional stakeholders to improve workflow efficiency and first-time-right outcomes.
- Minimum of Bachelor s degree from a recognized university.
- 3 5 years of experience in document processing, claims support, back-office operations, or similar transactional environments.
- Experience working in global or multinational environments with exposure to cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong attention to detail, quality control mindset, and ability to manage SLAs and operational metrics.
- Ability to work with structured processes while supporting continuous improvement and AI-enabled workflow modernization.
