Job Description

Concentrix Pune is hiring Content Moderation Specialists to review digital content and ensure platform safety. Ideal candidates should have excellent English communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fastpaced global environment.

Responsibilities

Review and moderate usergenerated content as per defined guidelines
Identify and flag inappropriate or sensitive content
Maintain accuracy, quality, and consistency across reviews
Ensure a safe and positive experience for platform users
Meet daily productivity and quality targets

Preferred candidate profile

Skills Required

Excellent English communication (verbal & written)
Strong attention to detail & analytical thinking
Ability to make quick, logical decisions
Comfortable working in 24x7 rotational shifts

Minimum 1+ year of experience in Content Moderation or Customer Service
Professional, adaptable, and comfortable with fastpaced environments
Immediate joiners preferred
