Position: KYB Analyst / KYB Executive

Location: Manyata Tech Park, Bangalore

Employment Type: Full-time, Work from Office

About the Role:

We are looking for experienced KYB professionals with strong analytical and compliance skills. The role involves validating business information, reviewing documents, conducting due diligence, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed KYB checks and validate business documentation
• Conduct due diligence on businesses to assess compliance risks
• Verify business data through internal and external systems
• Ensure high accuracy and meet SLA timelines
• Identify, document, and escalate any discrepancies or red flags
• Coordinate with internal teams for clarifications and case closures

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in KYB / KYC / AML / Compliance Ops
Graduate in any stream (preferred: Commerce/Management background)
Strong analytical and documentation review skills
Proficiency in MS Office & data review
Excellent communication (written & verbal)
Ability to work in rotational shifts

Compensation & Shift Details:

• CTC: Up to 30% hike on LDS (Max 5.5 LPA)
• Shifts: Rotational shifts.
• Work Mode: Work from Office, Manyata Tech Park
