We are hiring for the HP Chat Support Process supporting HP India customers. The role involves handling customer queries through chat and social media (SoMe) platforms, providing assistance for HP personal systems, printers, and related technical issues. The candidate will be responsible for delivering prompt, accurate, and customer-focused support while maintaining a high standard of service experience.

This is a 24/7 chat-based customer support role with 6 days working and 1 rotational off. The position requires strong communication skills, basic technical understanding of computer systems/printers, and the ability to troubleshoot customer issues efficiently through written communication.


Process Details

  • Process: HP India Chat Support
  • Channel: Chat & Social Media (SoMe)
  • Working Days: 6 days a week
  • Week Off: 1 rotational off
  • Shift Window: 24/7 rotational shifts
  • Customer Base: HP customers across India

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via chat and social media platforms related to HP products.
  • Provide technical troubleshooting support for HP personal systems (laptops/desktops) and printers.
  • Diagnose customer issues and guide them with step-by-step resolutions through chat.
  • Assist customers with basic setup, configuration, connectivity, and performance issues.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction levels by delivering prompt and professional responses.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate support teams when required.
  • Adhere to process guidelines, quality standards, and SLAs.
  • Stay updated with HP products, troubleshooting techniques, and support tools.
  • Manage multiple chats simultaneously while maintaining response quality and efficiency.
