We are hiring for the HP Chat Support Process supporting HP India customers. The role involves handling customer queries through chat and social media (SoMe) platforms, providing assistance for HP personal systems, printers, and related technical issues. The candidate will be responsible for delivering prompt, accurate, and customer-focused support while maintaining a high standard of service experience.
This is a 24/7 chat-based customer support role with 6 days working and 1 rotational off. The position requires strong communication skills, basic technical understanding of computer systems/printers, and the ability to troubleshoot customer issues efficiently through written communication.
