 About The Role  
Project Role :Quality Engineering Lead (Test Lead)Project Role Description :Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution. Must have skills :SAP for Utilities Cust Financial Mgt FICA, Functional Test Planning

Educational Qualification :15 years full time educationSummary:We are seeking an experienced SAP FICA Tester to join our SAP team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and executing test cases related to SAP FICA (Financial Contract Accounting) processes. You will work closely with SAP functional consultants, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality SAP solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Understand business and system requirements for SAP FICA processes (invoicing, payments, dunning, collections, etc.).
  • Develop comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases for SAP FICA components.
  • Perform manual and/or automated testing of SAP FICA functionalities.
  • Should be able to validate configuration and custom developments in FICA.
  • Execute system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and regression testing.
  • Identify, document, and track defects and work with functional/technical teams for resolution.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (SAP FICA) for end-to-end testing.
  • Ensure compliance with testing standards, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Prepare and deliver test reports and status updates. Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Experience with S4 Hana and 4+ years of experience in SAP testing focused in SAP FICA
  • Strong understanding of SAP FICA business processes and basic understanding on integration with other SAP modules.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like HP ALM, JIRA is a plus
  • Experience in testing of inbound/outbound interfaces, batch jobs, and data migration.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
    Additional Information:
  • The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP for Utilities Cust Financial Mgt FICA.
  • A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification 15 years full time education
