Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior R&D Developer with strong handson expertise in designing and developing nextgeneration Generative AI (GenAI) and Agentic AI solutions. The role involves endtoend ownership of technical design, prototyping, and implementation of advanced AI agent capabilities within our innovation-led programs.

Key Responsibilities

Hands-on Design & Development

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of features for GenAI and Agentic AI platforms.
• Build scalable, productionready components and modules using modern AI frameworks and Python.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Architects, Data Scientists, Cloud Engineers) to integrate AI agent features into broader solution ecosystems.

R&D & Prototyping

• Develop high-quality Proofs of Concept (POCs) to validate new ideas, evaluate technical feasibility, and explore emerging GenAI application areas.
• Experiment with foundation models, advanced prompting strategies, and agent frameworks to prototype innovative capabilities.

Code Contribution & Technical Excellence

• Contribute clean, efficient, and maintainable Python code for R&D initiatives.
• Ensure engineering best practices, code quality, and proper version control.
• Participate in peer reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior developers.

Required Technical Skills

GenAI & Agentic AI Expertise

• Hands-on experience with GenAI Agent development platforms/SDKs (e.g., LangChain, AWS Agents for Bedrock, or similar).
• Strong understanding of AI agent architectures, multi-agent orchestration, tools/plugins, memory systems, and reasoning workflows.
• Solid knowledge of foundation models, LLM capabilities, and prompt engineering techniques.

Programming & Engineering

• Advanced proficiency in Python, including application development, API integration, and package creation.
• Experience in deploying AI applications on cloud platforms; AWS Bedrock knowledge is a strong advantage.
