Automation Test Engineer @ Kumaran Systems

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop automated test scripts using Selenium and Java.
• Perform API testing using tools like Postman, RestAssured, or similar.
• Write and execute SQL queries to validate data and support backend testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Developers, Product Owners, and Business Analysts to understand requirements and ensure complete test coverage.
• Maintain and enhance existing test automation frameworks.
• Log, track, and manage defects through resolution.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in testing strategies and processes.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
