Project Role Description :Develop end-to-end testing architectures using new and innovative testing products and solutions. Provide technical leadership and strategic direction in quality engineering.

Educational Qualification :15 years full time education Summary:As a Quality Engineering Architect, you will engage in the development of comprehensive testing architectures that leverage innovative testing products and solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure the implementation of effective quality engineering practices, providing technical leadership, and guiding strategic direction to enhance the overall quality of software products. You will also be responsible for evaluating and integrating new testing methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness in quality assurance processes. Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.

Should have influencing and advisory skills.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team capabilities in quality engineering.

Continuously assess and refine testing strategies to align with industry best practices. Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:
Proficiency in Amazon Connect.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Java, Python, Node.js.

Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and testing frameworks.

Experience in developing automated testing solutions and frameworks.

Proficient in performance testing and load testing tools.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Amazon Connect.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
