AI Technical Lead @ Capgemini

As an AI Tech Lead in Capgemini's AI&A Global Practice, you will be responsible for architecting composable AI solutions and developing reusable AI assets to help clients scale their AI adoption across sectors. You will lead the delivery of enterprise-grade GenAI, AI and Agentic AI programs, ensuring compliance, performance, and business alignment.

• Architect and Build Composable AI Solutions: Lead the development of modular, reusable AI components using standardized pipelines for scalable deployment across environments
• Enable Rapid Experimentation and Scalable R&D: Drive innovation by creating production-ready frameworks that support both traditional and generative AI use cases
• Governance and Compliance: Ensure traceability, bias monitoring, and audit readiness through integrated compliance tools and dashboards
• Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and benchmark AI performance, latency, and cost to guide strategic decisions
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Owners, Data Scientists, Developers, and Business Executives to align technical execution with business goals

You will lead the implementation of AI, ML and GenAI solutions by working closely with cross functional teams. As a trusted leader, you will offer expert guidance to senior executives and raise awareness with stakeholders on their decisions, best practices, potential risks as well as ethical considerations. Additionally, you will drive initiatives including change management training programs and cultural shifts fostering a data and AI mindset within firms and promoting the adoption of AI, ML and GenAI across our client portfolio, while staying up to date with industry trends and advancements. You will provide recommendations and work closely with specialists, adjacent engineering disciplines as well as interested stakeholders to develop cutting-edge solutions. By fostering a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and innovation you will drive the development of intellectual property methodologies and best practices.

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Machine Learning or related field
• Multi-sectoral experience
• Consulting experience across a variety of clients and functions
• Cloud, ML and GenAI (GenAI) experience elevating practices on a global scale
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the willingness to collaborate across teams of internal and external staff
• Executive leadership with demonstrated command skills Must be open to travel, relocation, and hybrid work
