Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Resolve customer queries through calls.
Provide information and guidance to customer.
Ensure customer satisfaction and follow company policies.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism.

Preferred candidate profile

Any grad or HSc are eligible.
Fresher and experience both are eligible.
Excellent communication and interpersonal.
Basic computer knowledge.
Should be fluent in English with Bengali/ Hindi.
Immediate joiner preferred.
Rotational shift timing.
Should be comfortable for the WFO.
Day shift for female employee.

Compensation- 15K CTC/ In-hand - 12K to 13K
