QA Hybrid - Senior Engineer @ Iris Software

• Demonstrated ability in written and oral communication skills along with strong presentation skills. Ability to determine the information and communication needs of the stakeholders and project.
• Strong organizational, project management and time management capabilities.
• A strong understanding of technology and/or financial services industry.
• Deadline-driven and results-oriented; able to meet consistently high quality standards while handling a variety of tasks and deadlines simultaneously

Candidate should be able to perform following QA manual, automation and related services:

• Functional and integration test automation
• Test case planning and review of existing scripts
• Development of automation scripts
• Test data preparation and SQL scripting
• Support testing efforts during business UAT
• Performance requirements gathering
• Support performance benchmarking, testing and monitoring
• Support integration with DevOps tools & automated build /deployment processes
• Participate in agile sessions, daily standup etc.
• Assist with defect management and reporting.
• Knowledge of Jenkins, Jira, Git etc.
