Profile: HSBC Arrow HQ - Inbound Voice Process

Process: Inbound Customer service

Qualification: Graduate
Location: Malad west, Mumbai


Eligibility:

  • Graduate with 1 Year international BPO Exp.
  • Good communication skills
  • Comfortable with Rotational shift

Shift Timings:

  • Between 6:00 AM - 9:00 PM (9-hour rotational shift)
  • 5 days working with 2 rotational weekly offs

Salary:

  • CTC: 40,000
  • In-hand: 35,000
