Greetings from Sutherland!!!

We are hiring candidates for International No -Voice Support.

Job Criteria:

Handle Customer queries through Chat / Email.
Provide accurate and timely information to customer inquiries.
Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively.
Work in coordination with team members to achieve service targets.
Stay updated with product information and company policies.
Excellent verbal communication skills
Should be available to join us immediately.

Shift Timings & Off:

5-day work week with 2-days rotational week offs (Predominantly night shifts)

Educational Qualification : +2(Graduation not mandatory)

Compensation CTC: 2.23 LPA

Additional Information:

Work from office
Cab facility available upto 25 km radius from office based on the shift timings between 6.30 pm - 6.30am

Selection Process:

1) HR Interview

2) SD Panel Interview

3) Online Language Assessment

Interested candidates can walk-in directly for the interview on 2nd Feb 2026 between 11 am - 3.30 pm .
