Airoli, Navi Mumbai

Tech Mahindra BPS is conducting Mass Hiring for Customer Support Executives Inbound Voice Process at its Airoli location.
This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and experienced candidates to build a stable career with a reputed MNC.

Job Role & Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls professionally
  • Resolve customer queries, issues, and complaints
  • Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain service quality and follow company guidelines
  • Perform call documentation & update systems
    (This is a NonSales, Inbound Voice Process)

Eligibility Criteria

  • Qualification: Graduation mandatory (Any stream)
  • Experience:
    • Freshers can apply
    • 1 year experience in Voice/Customer Service preferred
  • Good communication skills (English/Hindi)
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Shift & Working Details

  • Shift Window: Between 8:00 AM 8:00 PM (Any 10hour shift)
  • Working Days: 5 days working
  • Week Offs: 2 rotational week offs
  • Training: 1 week (Weekly off included)

Salary & Benefits

  • CTC: 17,700 24,100 per month
  • Linguistic Allowance:
    • Freshers: 23,800
    • Experienced: 26,800
