Job Description
We are seeking a GeoSpatial Lead Java professional with 8 to 11 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ArcGIS JavaScript Advanced Java and various GCP Gen AI technologies. This role involves working in a hybrid model during day shifts focusing on developing and implementing geospatial solutions that drive innovation and efficiency. The position does not require travel.
Lead the development and implementation of geospatial solutions using ArcGIS JavaScript and Advanced Java to enhance business processes and decision-making. Oversee the integration of GCP Gen AI technologies including chat-bison speech code-bison and vision to optimize geospatial data analysis and visualization. Provide technical guidance and support to team members ensuring the successful deployment of geospatial applications and services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address geospatial data needs ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for geospatial solutions ensuring clarity and accessibility for stakeholders. Conduct regular assessments of geospatial systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. Implement best practices for geospatial data management and security ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance team members skills and knowledge in geospatial technologies and methodologies. Monitor and evaluate the performance of geospatial applications making necessary adjustments to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and insights using this information to refine and enhance geospatial solutions. Drive the adoption of emerging geospatial technologies and trends positioning the company as a leader in the field. Ensure the seamless integration of geospatial solutions with existing systems and platforms minimizing disruption and maximizing value. Support the companys mission by leveraging geospatial technologies to address societal challenges and create positive impacts.
