Job Description
Role & responsibilities
Communicating with Internal Stakeholders:
- Facilitate clear and effective communication in English across various departments.
- Communicate directly with management as well as the sales and production teams to explain and validate quotation rationale.
Understanding Customer Requirements:
- Engage with the sales team to gather detailed customer requirements and clarify doubts along the way.
- Convey an accurate interpretation of customer needs and expectations when engaging with the production departments.
Analysing and Interpreting Project Scope:
- Review and analyse the scope of new requests. o Gather information from relevant departments, ensuring it aligns with the identified scope. o Identify key factors and variables (such as roadblocks in workflows) that impact pricing decisions.
- Create accurate quotations according to specific scenarios.
- Coordinate with internal teams to adhere to the turnaround times and maintain customer satisfaction.
Rotating Shift Responsibilities:
- Assist the team in maintaining operations during different shifts and holidays, as and when required.
- Ensure consistent handover of responsibilities and information between shifts.
Preferred candidate profile
- A bachelors degree (preferably in Business, Commerce, or a related field).
- Strong English communication, both written and verbal
- An analytical mindset with a basic understanding of localization projects A proactive and problem-solving attitude
- Time management with an ability to multitask
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
