Job Profile Roles & Responsibilities

1) Answering premium customer queries via Voice / Email channel. 2) Establish relationship and trust with customer by ensuring qualitative service.  

Eligibility for Job

1) Qualification Required: Minimum 12th or Equivalent.

2) Fluency in English (We are not hiring for Hindi Process).

3) Basic Computer Knowledge.

 Salary Offered and Other Information

1) Salary offered: 1.40 LPA - 2.20 LPA (Salary & Process will depend on your Interview)

2) Freshers and Experienced both can apply.

3) 6 Days working Office with Rotational Shifts.

4) Cabs services : Only in night shifts.

5) Job Location : Tech Mahindra Ltd., Plot No. 23 - IT park, Chandigarh

 Interview Timings: 11AM - 5PM
