Job Description
Role & responsibilities
Location : Pune - Chakan
Experience : 4-8yrs
Notice Period : Immediate to 20 Days who can join within this month only.
Mandate Skills : Schematic designs, RF Design
- Develop basic RF front end circuits including conceptualization, simulation, develop feasibility units and implementing them on product coils.
- Create schematics, BOMs, and technical documentation.
- Define hardware interfaces.
- Set up and run tests, analyze data, and troubleshoot failures.
- Collaborate with designers, architects, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
- Ensure safety, reliability, and serviceability of designed assemblies.
- Resolve technical with effective solutions.
- Transfer designs to manufacturing and support realization strategies.
- Maintain compliance with processes, standards, and regulations.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
- M.Tech / B.E / B.Tech in Electronics Engineering.
- 4+ years in system/subsystem design & development (RF devices preferred; RF coil/healthcare product development a plus).
- Strong knowledge of RF/EM fundamentals, Near Field antenna design and RF front end circuits.
- Hands-on expertise with various RF & bench test equipment and in building, assembling and testing RF circuits & cable assemblies.
- Experience with design documentation (schematics, PCB layouts, test data, FMEAs).
- Skilled in system/subsystem testing, troubleshooting, and engineering problem-solving.
- Hands-on expertise with Six Sigma tools, risk management, and DFMEA.
- Strong knowledge of product development, sustenance, and regulatory compliance. (IEC 60601-1 knowledge a plus).
- Proficient in DfM, DfC (Cost), and DfR (Reliability) practices.
- Effective communicator with experience presenting updates to technical SMEs.
- Collaborative team player across supply chain, procurement, quality, regulatory, service, and marketing.
- Familiarity with localization and supplier development is an advantage
