Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as:
- Sprint Planning
- Daily Stand-ups
- Sprint Reviews
- Sprint Retrospectives
- Ensure the team follows Scrum principles and Agile best practices.
- Remove blockers or impediments that affect team progress.
- Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile methodologies.
- Work closely with the Product Owner to manage and prioritize the product backlog.
- Track sprint progress using Agile tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or Trello.
- Facilitate communication between development teams and stakeholders.
- Monitor team performance using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc.).
- Promote continuous improvement within the team.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to resolve conflicts and remove obstacles.
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills.
- Experience with Agile project management tools.
Qualifications
- Scrum certification preferred such as:
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
- Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
Preferred Experience
- Experience working in Support and maintenance project
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Proven skills on Jira
- Experience of working with US client preferred
