Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Meet sales targets set by the company while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Manage relationships with existing clients to identify their insurance needs and provide personalized solutions.
• Sell life insurance products such as term life, whole life, and endowment policies to meet client requirements.
• Develop new business opportunities by identifying potential customers and generating leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to stay ahead in the market.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 1-3 years of experience in general insurance sales or related field (life insurance).
• Strong understanding of various types of insurance products including motor insurance, vehicle insurance, health insurance, home insurance, travel insurance etc. .
• Excellent communication skills for effective relationship management with clients.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
