Job Description Asst. Manager - Sales & Marketing About the Role
The Asst. Manager is responsible for leading, motivating, and managing a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets and business growth. The role involves coaching team members, monitoring performance, developing sales strategies, and ensuring excellent customer relationships.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and sales standards
• Conduct team meetings to review performance and share best practices
• Coordinate with marketing and other departments to support sales initiatives

Candidate Profile

• Qualifications: Graduation and above
• Experience: 4-7 years
• Designation: Asst. Manager + Cust-facing
• Location: Central Kolkata ( Park Street , Barabazar , Esplante, Chandni, Shyambazar, Dumdum )
• Reporting Manager : Saptarshi Bardhan

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
• Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals and monitor performance
• Provide regular coaching, training, and feedback to improve team productivity

Technical Skills:

• Lead management and pipeline tracking
• Opportunity forecasting and deal closure tracking
• Customer data analysis and reporting
• Should aware of Digital Marketing and related terminologies.

Soft Skills:
Bengali & Hindi is must
