Job Description

KPI -

• Understand the ``Why for each feature and module.
• Improve the existing codebase by using thoughtful design patterns, setting technological standards, and using best industry practices in implementation.

Responsibilities -

• Develop and maintain new features for Client Life cycle management tool
• Responsible for designing, developing, and deploying new features and frameworks, focusing on high-performance implementations without neglecting the user experience.
• Development of features in JavaScript on the client, PHP on the server, and a number of languages, frameworks, and tools in between.
• Collaborate with design, product, and customer operations to understand why we build the features we do
• Help the team improve the existing code base by promoting thoughtful design patterns and testing solutions.
• Architect efficient database schema for new implementations or contribute to improving existing ones.
• Monitor releases and communicates new changes to all the stakeholders.
• Scale and improve the performance of the application and database
• Working closely with product management team and user experience team to define user requirements and translating them into reliable and intuitive features.
• Refactoring, optimizing and constantly driving for improved efficiency and code health.
• Manage the full life cycle of services - from initial setup and release to day-to-day CI/CD.

Requirements -

• Web application development experience 
• Minimum 6+ months of  Work experience in Laravel (PHP Framework) 
• Experience with jQuery ,Ajax.
• Experience with HTML and CSS with Bootstrap CSS.
• Excellent problem-solving skills in sophisticated web and mobile applications as part of a fast-paced team in a World Wide Context.
• Effective interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience with relational databases
• Understanding of MVC and experience working with frameworks.
• Experience using version control systems: Git
• Ability to adapt, estimate workload, solve problems, self-improve and suggest new ways of improvement.
• Reverse engineering skills: the ability to traverse logical sequences of either procedural or object-oriented code, abstracted or static - and understand it entirely.
