Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage customers warmly as they enter the store
  
• Understand customer needs and assist in selecting jewellery items
  
• Provide detailed product information (e.g., gold, diamonds, making charges, offers, etc.)
  
• Drive sales by upselling and cross-selling across product categories
  
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
  
• Manage billing, handle cash/card transactions using POS systems
  
• Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining store display standards
  
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide satisfactory resolutions
  
• Support in stock management, tagging, and regular inventory checks
• Follow Tanishq grooming and conduct standards at all times
